Conditions of registration:
Deadline for registration: December 15, 2005
The films entered in the Festival must meet the following criteria:

The films entered must have been produced after January 1, 2000, including all computer graphic elements, and must have been publicly screened/broadcast prior to the Festival (on television, in cinemas, etc.).

Films produced prior to January 1, 2000 will be screened at an information session.

The films - regardless of what format they were produced in - shall only be screened in DVD/PAL/ format at the Festival.

Only films submitted in DVD format shall be eligible for pre-selection.

Characters, scripts, music, etc. protected by copyright laws may only be used with the express consent of the copyright owner. If such consent is not obtained and submitted along with the registration documents of the film, the Organizers shall bar the film from the Festival. If the screening of any film in the Festival leads to any infringements in copyright laws, whether foreseen or not, the person or company entering the film shall bear all responsibility for these infringements.

DVDs entered may only contain one film.

Prize-winning films entered previously in other festival shall be eligible.
